The Committee focuses on the students’ overall development by addressing their needs, counselling slow learners, and generating good psycho-personal motivation and direction for them.

- 1To establish a strong student-teacher connection link via the adoption of a mentor-mentee programme and to assist students with psychological challenges in achieving reconciliation with themselves and others.
- 2To develop programmes to prepare students for employment, to enhance the placement cell and to raise awareness of current placement cell activities, and encourage students to register and participate in large numbers.
