Prof. Dr. AJEET KUMAR LAL MOHAN

  • Prof. Dr. Ajeet Kumar Lal Mohan is the Secretary of AJK Group of Institutions, Coimbatore, and the son of Late Dr. R.S. Lal Mohan, a notable scientist and social activist, and Mrs. Grace Lal Mohan, a former National Board Member of YWCA, New Delhi.
  • He earned a doctoral degree in Catering Science and Hotel Management from Bharathiar University. Starting his career as a chef, he transitioned into academia, becoming an Assistant Professor and Head of Department through dedication and hard work.
  • In 2007, he founded AJK College of Arts and Science and later AJK College of Nursing in 2022. He currently serves as a Vice-Chancellor Convenor Committee Member of Bharathiar University, appointed by the Tamil Nadu Government.
  • A prolific researcher and academic, he has guided M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars, published research papers, and organized various academic events. He is also President of the Coimbatore Football Association, promoting football in the district.
  • Dr. Ajeet Kumar has received numerous awards from esteemed organizations for his leadership and contributions to education, research, and community service.
