Nestled in the vibrant city of Coimbatore,  AJK College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), a prestigious institution with an A+ NAAC accreditation, proudly launched a ground-breaking initiative through its Department of Visual Communication and Electronic Media. This initiative, aimed at fostering the talents of aspiring filmmakers, was highlighted by an exclusive Certificate Course in Film Making. The course, held from January 29 to February 2, 2024, was led by the renowned film director Mr. Harold Antony Paulson, the creative force behind Hop Creations Kerala. This program marks a significant step towards empowering the filmmakers of tomorrow with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the dynamic field of cinema.

This course was meticulously designed to immerse students in the intricate world of cinema, covering the essential phases of film production: pre-production, production, and post-production.

The purpose behind this initiative was not just to impart theoretical knowledge, but to offer a hands-on experience in the art and science of filmmaking.
