On November 4, 2023, the Department of Management Studies and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) jointly organized a transformative Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Research and Publication Ethics, aimed at enhancing the scholarly contributions of its faculty.

Gurusamy, a renowned authority in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, serving as Professor and Chairperson at the Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology in Bangalore, Karnataka.
