AJK College of Arts and Science Coimbatore recently hosted a transformative National Conference on “Cyber Security and Digital Forensics” on November 16th and 17th, 2023. The event, organized by the Department of Digital and Cyber Forensic Science and PG-Department of Cyber Security, marked a significant stride towards advancing knowledge in these critical fields.

The conference was inaugurated by Thiru V. Balakrishnan, I.P.S Commissioner of Police Coimbatore City, who also released the conference proceedings. Prof.Dr.Ajeet Kumar Lal Mohan, Vice Chancellor, Convenor Committee Member Bharathiar University Coimbatore, and Secretary of AJK College of Arts and Science Coimbatore, delivered a thought-provoking presidential address.

The event’s spotlight shone on Prof Dr T Devi, Former Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications at Bharathiar University Coimbatore, whose keynote addressed the evolving cyber threat landscape, setting a vibrant tone for the conference. Prof Dr S Raju, Principal of AJK College, warmly welcomed the diverse gathering, fostering a collaborative environment. Over 83 research students from states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Gujarat participated, showcasing their findings and enriching the collective knowledge pool.
