On July 2, 2024, the students enrolled in the 2024-2027 Undergraduate Program at AJK College of Arts and Science Coimbatore (Autonomous), an A+ accredited institution by NAAC, embarked on an enlightening journey to the adopted tribal villages of Puthupathi, Chinnampathi, and Pichanur. This visit was an integral part of the Students Induction Program, designed to foster a sense of community engagement and social responsibility among the new students.
During their visit, the students actively participated in tree planting initiatives, contributing to the environmental sustainability of these villages. This hands-on experience not only helped in greening the local landscape but also instilled a sense of environmental stewardship among the students.
